We strive to accurately describe our products and show details of our work. We will gladly remake / refund your money for any mistakes made on our end. However, it is imperative that the information that we are given, with respect to names and dates is 100% accurate. We cannot reimburse for incorrect information provided to us. There are no returns on personalized/custom items.

DAMAGES:
We will securely wrap and package each order. Your item will be packed and shipped as soon as the Vinyl is cured/ paint/ stain are dry! While shipping accidents occasionally occur, these incidents are out of our control, but we will do all that is necessary to get your 100% satisfaction whether we replace, repair or refund your money.

Please contact us as soon as possible upon receiving a damaged package. We will require pictures of the damage for insurance purposes. Please hold onto all damaged items and packing materials. At our discretion, we will either issue a refund or replace damaged items.

LOST Packages:
We insure every package we mail. In the event that your package is lost during shipping, we will contact USPS and have a trace placed on the package (usually takes USPS 2 weeks to investigate tracking). If after 30 days the package does not surface we will file an insurance claim with USPS and either remake the item or refund your purchase, at our discretion.

If tracking shows your package was "delivered" , but you did not receive the package we suggest you contact your local post office ASAP, check with family members and /or neighbors that may have received the package. We are unable to file claims for tracking that shows packages marked "delivered."
